Yesterday the refuse was collected in Oxford Rd and when I came home from work, the street looked like a rubbish dump.
There was SO much spillage from the bins (that had already been emptied) lying in the street and on the pavements. My neighbours tell me that there had been a "bin frenzy" by the vagrants rummaging in all the bins. They leave SUCH a mess and pay no attention when asked not to. Can this be monitored and stopped? Could OBSID walk around on these days? Even this morning, there is so much mess in the street, it just looks so dirty and attracts flies. I pay rates and taxes, I pay for the improvement of the suburb, I would really like to live in a clean street!
