I have a question on the "Bergie Turd" issue. What does one do when seeing an individual in Obs urinate or defecate in a public area? I've seen this a few times, and I'm always at a loss with regards to appropriate action to take.
Does anyone have some constructive advice? Is there an advisable method of approaching said person after the action and inform the person with regards to the appropriate action to take when nature calls? Is there some authority that can be contacted to assist in defecation education? Unlike some, I'm not pushing to get rid of the poor souls who do these things, I just want to get rid of their poo.
