If you have bergies - you will have bergie poo. They clearly show by shitting where they like they do not give a shit. Defecation education indeed. KakEd 101! I think they know what they do is anti-social and illegal they just do not care. They also know no action will be taken against them or they don't care about that either. Reminds me of the opening line of the movie Pavement Aristocrats with one bergie saying the following - "Standing on the corner smoking dagga drinking wine, raping all the people all the time - thats why the white man hates us so much". I think the raping part was him hamming it up for the camera but he might well have said "kakking every where all the time". There is a toilet that is open all day. You would think that an adult would have adequate control of their bowels not to need to shit in the street. If the need arose for an emergency evacuation it could still be done more discretely - there are dog poo bags available at the village green which could just as well be human poo bags. Its just a lack of respect they have for everyone including themselves. I can understand why this is - does not make it acceptable though. They do not have a legitimate excuse.
