My dog started going off so I rushed outside and there was a young gentleman who claimed he was looking for his cell phone as he had just been robbed. But he was at least 10-15 m inside my property climbing from the roof of my garage to the roof of my granny flat. I had to tell him to get the f*ck off my roof quite a few times as he was insistent on looking for his phone - "What about my phone" is all he could say.
Having calmed down no, I would like to apologies to this young gentleman for the abusive language I used towards him. I hope I did not offend him too much. If you know this young gent and he regales you with tale of his lost phone on my roof please put him in touch with me. I'd like to invite him around for some tea to apologise to him in person - I have a ladder he can use to climb up and retrieve his phone too. Young polite black or coloured chap (going by accent really) - could not see much as it was dark. Actually I could not believe the gall of this POS. Never changed his story. Just goes to show - you can catch them red handed but they are always have a perfectly innocent reason for being in your property sometimes even with your goods in their hands. This guy did not have any of my goods in his hands as far as I could tell. Called OBSID and the van was around in 5 minutes and I just asked the guys to drive a few circuits of this area. Well that's enough excitement for the evening/morning. A cup of tea and then lights out.
