I found a cellphone in my garden, maybe its his ;) it looks like it fell from the roof, i cant wait to charge it and see who it belongs too, its was a sunday so not a clients. we've had arbs running on our roof taking a short cut/ escape route to main road, it must be one of theirs.

I'd like to invite him around for some tea to apologise to him in person - I have a ladder he can use to climb up and retrieve his phone too. Young polite black or coloured chap (going by accent really) - could not see much as it was dark. Actually I could not believe the gall of this POS. Never changed his story. Just goes to show - you can catch them red handed but they are always have a perfectly innocent reason for being in your property sometimes even with your goods in their hands. This guy did not have any of my goods in his hands as far as I could tell. Called OBSID and the van was around in 5 minutes and I just asked the guys to drive a few circuits of this area.
