Please have a look at this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfrCtJUJwqI&feature=youtu.be . My sister in
Trill Rd ill-advisedly let this person clean up her front garden; once he
started working, he started to get aggressive, saying “Women don't know how
to do anything” and protesting when she wouldn't let him into the house.

By chance I ran into him in the late afternoon in Lower Main while out
walking with my kids and dogs. I saw him harassing (following for at least
two hundred metres) two ladies from whom he wouldn't take “No” for an
answer when he begged from them. When he gave up, he kept yelling at them
as they got further away.

Then when he saw me and my children, he started talking to my four year-old
daughter, whom he called a “beautiful woman” and whom he said he would like
to take back to Sudan “without your daddy, to see the animals in the
forest” (he is talking to my four year-old in the video).

I fear this is a wounded person, he says his name is Albert, and comes from
Darfur; he says his whole family is dead, except for his grandmother.
Unfortunately, as much as I pity him, he seems aggressive, and possibly
dangerous.
