Then when he saw me and my children, he started talking to my four year-old daughter, whom he called a "beautiful woman" and whom he said he would like to take back to Sudan "without your daddy, to see the animals in the forest" (he is talking to my four year-old in the video). I fear this is a wounded person, he says his name is Albert, and comes from Darfur; he says his whole family is dead, except for his grandmother.
