Hi George
To add to the woes, pity no prompt response to your email from any of us on
the ONW site.
I have no input regarding your noted incident and suspicion.

The situation described by you most certainly requires the OPS/OBSID to
enquire re the tardy/non support or backup to your incident, and thus
forward it to the OPS email address for their attention.

I will also forward this to the SAPS area manager for their cognisance and
hopeful feedback.
