This is for the record. On Saturday morning around 10am, one of my neighbours saw a medium height, slight, fairly well dressed, middle aged coloured man walking around our garden.
She confronted him and called the other neighbours, he said he was visiting the "lady" in the last flat. There is a guy that lives there. He was aggressively escorted off the premises. I only discovered all this when I got home after 6pm. At which point I did call OBSCID for their records.
