Thanks for the feedback. I guess at this stage the only option is to make it less appealing to Colin (and others). With no front wall that might be a problem but we'll see how it goes.
For the sake of tenants, would it be frowned upon to call the OBSID security dept to move vagrants? Or is that asking too much. Many of my tenants, often foreigners, are too intimidated to do it themselves. And it's often in the middle of the night.
