Hi All, Colin has been setting up camp in BowdenRroad (and i'm sure elsewhere) for many years, on and off. Every year as winter approaches he becomes more regular, gravitating towards the shelter of my front afdak.
Initially, I was ok with it, especially on wet nights, but it's become too much of a problem; late-night shouting, the smell and the mess. It's become a problem for my tenants, any some have moved out as a result. Are there any suggestions of how to effectively deal with it. I move him whenever I'm aware that he's there, but he keeps coming back. Can the local social welfare agencies deal with him, or perhaps I should get the OBSID security involved? I'd appreciate any input.
