Last night I drove down Milton Road at approx 17.40, there was a taxi in front of me presumably trying to avoid the rush hour traffic on Main Road.
Are taxis allowed to use Obs as a short cut or are they supposed to stick to designated routes? I took a photo but haven't worked out how to attach it!
