about 10 minutes ago I saw 3 taxies parked in Lwr Main- one on red line C/0 Trill and Lwr main, one on yellow lines (loading zone) down the road. Not sure if they were doing pick-up, and wondering if they are merely hogging these parking spaces regularly. Natalie
