there is at least one drug dealer operating openly and brazenly in Bowden Road and Neath Street, using the flowerbeds outside FAMSA as a pickup/dropoff spot for drugs, as well as residents' flowerbeds in Bowden between Neath and Oxford. He also uses the water meter recesses and drains in Bowden Road to collect/drop off his stash, and can usually be spotted at some point during the day loitering and wandering up and down Bowden. I have phoned in a description a couple of times to the OBSCID, but to put this guy out of business, the police or OBSCID need to act decisively and swiftly, and reading about the growing drugs problem in Obs, there doesnt appear to be much appetite to do this. I do however object to leaving for work in the morning, and watching this character collecting his wares across the road.
