I'm very sorry to hear that - I wish I didn't know what a hassle having your car stolen is.
The last couple of years, car thefts, thefts from cars, and crime generally seems to have been going down in Obs, so this is not a good sign. What happened about the security camera system? Is that now being monitored correctly? Even if it can't identify the criminals, it should be able to show where the car went, and when.
