It does kinda boggle the mind how this is allowed to happen. 3 years and counting - they are clearly using the tactic to delay as long as possible and changing counsel often. Now they have killed again and they still got paltry bail - you'd be paying more bail if they caught you with a bag of weed.
I seriously would have expected the bail in the first case to be revoked after they get arrested for a second murder - but they get bail for that too. Would not be surprised to see a third murder linked to this sociapaths. Heroin addiction is no excuse. But if you step back you might be able to see what the real problems is here - prohibition. High prices, argument with the dealer then murder. The another murder to rob a few items - no doubt to pay for their ongoing addiction. If they had free and easy access to their heroin chances are they could be employed and not committing crimes. Just saying its time to have an alternative look on this drug thing.
