And of course there is the Marijuana legalization (for recreational
purposes) in at least 4 states in the USA

Then their is Uruguay shoes president passed cannabis reform laws in spite
of heavy voter opposition. In this scenario the state will control the
trade of cannabis

The Netherlands tolerance is also quite interesting. Its legal for the
Coffee Shops to sell weed but technically illegal for anyone to grow it.
They must think it magically appears in the coffee shops over night. I have
recently read legislation that will make it illegal to see going supplies
to unregistered growers - so they are still a bit confused in Holland.

I invite you to look up all these schemes and start think about
alternatives. We know what does not work and it does not work at all. We
need to look ahead.
