I COULD be wrong, but I don't think the Village Green is the responsibility of City Parks. Ebrahim does Barrington, Kiddies and Arnold - with conscientiousness. For *many *years there has been a debate as to who is responsible for the Village Green. I believe OBSID will know. Or try Paddy.............
