A neighbor Whats App'ed at 05.50 this morning Monday 16 March 2015, to note that someone tried to steal petrol from his vehicle which was parked behind burglar bars. The resident heard some noise, and peeping from his window noted the person, a Colored bald male, reaching through the bars of the gate, groping at his vehicles petrol cover. The resident then shoo'ed him off , the perpetrator then ran away up Scott Road.
