It was reported from a Polo Road resident via a Whats App Alert that at 03.02 on Monday 16 March 2015, a perpetrator was seen on their property. The guy dressed in a red or orange track suite top and wearing a black peak cap, jumped over their fence very easily, then ran down Polo and turned left into Cook Street towards Rochester Road & Salt River.
