Just before 16:00 a light tinted coloured chap followed my new neighbour and pushed her past the gate and on the ground. Told her to give him her phone and when she said no he pulled out gun. Seeing it was fake she screamed and the men came he must have heard and he run away to Station Road and possibly Arnold Road. Victim fortunately did not loose anything nor got she hurt.
Suspect in his twenties 5.5 tall, slim build blue top black cap and described a bit scruffy natural gap between front teeth, thick eye brows and pronounced chin .
