Whilst awaiting a lift in Station Road at approx. 1pm today, I witnessed an OBSID cleaner emptying a green COUNCIL bin in to a bag. This is not their mandate - but thank you OBSID for assisting with filling the gaps whilst SAMWU strike. Very much appreciated.
