Hi Rosemary,

Thank you for noticing and reporting this action on [email protected].

The Council is responsible for emptying the green bins but over an extended
period of time showed negligence.

Obsid have been doing this for a long time and will continue to do so as we are
acting as a local top-up service to Council; it is not related to the SAMWU
strike in any way.

Kind regards,

Gareth Leyman

Subject: [obsnw] OBSID

Whilst awaiting a lift in Station Road at approx. 1pm today, I witnessed an
OBSID cleaner emptying a green COUNCIL bin in to a bag. This is not their
mandate - but thank you OBSID for assisting with filling the gaps whilst SAMWU
strike. Very much appreciated.
