Dear OBSID CEO and Safety Committee We in lower-Obs are thankful to have the horsebox back in Lwr Wrench Rd, but we do not think it is effective for the security guard to remain at the horsebox for most of the time.
This is a request for the patroller to patrol the surrounding streets on a regular basis, in a way that can be monitored by the company (via checkpoints). If there are concerns about the horsebox being stolen, prevention measures should be put in place, but not at the expense of effective patrolling. Crime is being committed within a stone throw of this horsebox and this is reducing our confidence in this measure, so please could you activate the foot patrol with immediate effect.
