To the person responsible We are pleased to have the horse box in Lower OBs right now but request that the occupant patrol the surrounding area, with immediate effect. We do not feel it is effective for the patroller to stay inside the box. (As demonstrated with incident in underpath today - people having sex in the underpath, and patroller just stuck in a box).
