Approx 4.30pm I was at the intersection of Arnold and Scott, waiting on the river side to walk up Scott. As I started crossing Arnold an EXCITE taxi - maroon - cut the stop street in Scott (did not even use it as a rollover) and turned left into Arnold nearly hitting my 2 dogs and myself. He was so fast that I could not get the registration but a coloured male driver - maybe 50 years old. (My language was choice)
