​This man was arrested during a Combined Security Operation 18 July 2015
but apparently
roaming our streets again. He is also believed to be possibly involved into
the spate of car
batteries all over Obs see facebook.com/obswatch 18 Sept and a post on the
google group.

A huge problem to the police and obsid security providers is that incidents
do not get reported
and or criminals are not being charged. I urge more persons to attend the
ONW Meeting
this Wednesday 18:00 at the Community Centre
