Hi, dodgyness in the Red block this morning, i called in a suspicious
looking guy (i heard a whistle and an alarm too), and then decided to
drive around the block and see what i could find. The SAPS were
patrolling in Rochester so i asked them to go have a look. They went
up Scott, and i followed a bit behind. As i came around the corner
into Scott the SAPS were busy chasing and apprehending a +/-25 - 30 yr
old charlie male. I had to leave for work so never found out what the
out come was. Anyone have any info? I also saw a message about a
scooter being stolen at 0545 in Cambell, possibly related?
