Does anyone know whether or not the gentleman wearing a yellow bib (and spectacles) saying he from COCT is genuine? ( bib did not indicate COCT) He told me he wanted my electricity meter number and the current reading as I would get discount next month as a pensioner. The electricity is not in my name - and the current holder of the account is not a pensioner. I sent him on his way and he said he would call another day....... ?????????
