The (genuine) COCT electricity meter reader has just called. He informed that that "an old lady down the road" - maybe 13 or 23 Arnold let the gentleman who called yesterday into her house. Whilst checking her DB he said certain plugs needed changing - and he got away with her cellphone and some money.
