hi steve, re- proposed new railway fence,,,,,,,upon further reflection i would like to suggest that the type of fence which we should aim for is an eight foot high steel palisade fence in which the uprights are welded on to the horizontals,,,,,,,this type would be the most difficult to vandalize....,,,this type can be seen on one or two sections at Obs railway station and also at Hartleyvale Sports Stadium. The fence with the bolt can easily be broken.
