It's NOT an April Fools joke!!! Its for real - thank goodness! Why would anyone not want to believe that a no-good law being struck down is not good for everyone? It immediatly allows the police to allocate their very stark resources to comabating real crime and not dealing with zonked out dagga rokers who cant even get it together to do anything bad other than fall asleep with the munchies???
