Yes, we are coordinating this through George Kiewiets, Manager of the
Southern Line.

A few  other people have raised their concerns around this clean-up
directly with me.  I think we have managed to accommodate everyone so
far.   I'd welcome to contact me should you have any ideas or concerns.
