Hi Everyone,,,, visible policing is the best deterrent against crime ,,, the bobby on the beat ,,,,, however Obs is big and the bobby cannot be everywhere at the same time ,,,, the next best deterrent is CCTV cameras ,,,, we should have many more of them in Obs ,,,, however , what about the existing cameras ??? ,,,, do they work ??? ,,, are they manned 24/7 by qualified and reliable personnel ??? ,,, do the cameras produce a clear picture ??? ,,, is the movie recorded ??? ,,, is proper use being made of the existing cameras ???
