Title:                 Senior Level Voice Resource

   - The ideal candidate will have Avaya experience/knowledge, although the
   deep technical expertise is less important than the overall leadership &
   soft skill requirements.
   - Assist immediately with day-to-day fires/macd work
   - Direct tech on team
   - Identify operational inefficiencies
   - Create and document processes around voice
   - Identify personnel needs (hire another tech, etc)
