Well, as I was saying, we're still cleaning up the build system.

iulib from Mercurial should build fine on Ubuntu 9.04 using scons and with
all the necessary packages installed.   I believe that autoconf/automake
support might work, but it might also have bugs.

If you're getting build errors on Ubuntu, please submit a bug report to the
issue tracker.

Please do not submit bug reports for build errors on other platforms yet,
since they aren't useful until we have fixed the Ubuntu issues.
