I'm having trouble building ocropus on Ubuntu 8.04. I've installed the prerequistive packages, obtained iulib and ocropus via mercurial, built iulib successfully, but come up against a glitch when building ocropus.
Firstly, using scons (which I realise is set up for Jaunty/9.04), all of the tesseract include files in ocr-tesseract/tesseract.cc cannot be found. This can be fixed by prepending "tesseract/" to the header file names, or using the build script to run autoconf. The problem I cannot get past is: ./ocr-tesseract/tesseract.cc:149: error: ‘RecognizedPage’ has not been declared The class appears to be defined in the corresponding header file, but including it directly only causes more errors. Does anyone know what causes this problem or how to fix it? (without being cheeky and telling me to install Jaunty :) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ocropus" group.
