I am not interested in using scons, thanks. It clearly seems to be deprecated, with configure and make the wave of the future for ocropus.
What works is to add the following segment to genAM.py, in two places: -I$(srcdir)/imgbits -I$(srcdir)/vidio -I$(srcdir)/utils This adds the missing include directories.
