The ocroswig and ocrotess subprojects are now available under the Google Code OCRopus project. Please go to the "source" tab and select them from the drop-down box.
If you have previously checked out these projects from the uni-kl.de server, you need to check them out again from Google Code since this is a new project. ocroswig is a binding of OCRopus to Python, Lua, and other languages. You may already find ocroswig useful, although it will probably crash at times. ocrotess is a set of tools for using Tesseract as a line recognizer within OCRopus. ocrotess hasn't been tested recently and may not work; we will update it again when the next major Tesseract release comes out. ocrotess can also be used for bootstrapping OCRopus training, since it can generate (errorful) groundtruth for OCRopus training from Tesseract output.
