Alois,

Rafael asked again to make this change for a release in debian.. If you
are ok with this can you modify the licenses appropriately? There is no
reason not to choose GPL v3 as when the oct-file is used with Octave
that is under the GPL v3, then the whole becomes GPL v3 in any case..
