Hello

I have a octave 3.2.1-rc4 built myself

octave:1> cd D:\usr\Tatsu\program\Octave\test2
octave:2> A=imread('test.png');
octave:3>  imagesc(A);

I can see the same image in plot of gnuplot as in the image test.png.

I cannot handle with octave-3.2.0-binaries on source-forge so that I can only
send your mail to
Benjamin Lindner.

If you want use imread now, the alternative way to use octave-3.0.5 and install
image package.
Unfortunately the web sever of my homepage has been stopped since yesterday.

You cannot get pre-build image package for octave-3.0.5 mingw.

So I will send zipped file via the e-mail

Regards

Tatsuro
