Please be consistent in your licensing: COPYRIGHT and DESCRIPTION
mention GPL2 or later, but the individiual .m files say GPL3 or later.
It doesn't really matter which version you choose to start with, but
please only one of them :)

You need to checkout the SVN repository of octave-forge first.
