It seems nobody replied to your mail, which I guess means nobody has been able to build the SWIG generated packages with Octave 3.2 :-( I would recommend that you simply do not distribute these packages. In general they have a history of giving users problems (octave crashes on 'clear all'), so perhaps this is a good thing?
