I apologise for the late reply. I had a quick look at your code. While I don't understand what it actually does, it does look reasonable. I think it would be very nice to include the m-file implementation in the 'signal' package. I am not sure if it is a good idea to include the Java wrapper implementation, though. What are your (and others) thoughts on this?
