It seems the DESCRIPTION file in the package had a slight syntax error.
I'm a bit surprised it was actually possible to install the package.
Anyway, I've fixed the syntax in SVN and made a new release of the
package.

Ahh, the text contained "<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>" which the
browser parses as a HTML tag. I replaced "<" with "&lt;" and ">" with
"&gt;". Good catch.
