I played a bit around with this and I've made a release of both the 'es' and 'pt_br' packages. Both install correctly for me, but as I don't know how to actually use the package, I would appreciate if somebody could test them. I have also uploaded web pages, so the packages should appear along with the others. In the future, we will have to rewrite the source code in these packages to work with the new help system. This can be done all using m-files, so more people should be able to help out.
