I'd like to add wishrnd (generate Wishart-distributed matrix), iwishrnd
(generate inverse Wishart-distributed matrix), and maybe some others. Is
there any particular reason why these haven't been implemented?
Also, why is mvnrnd still in octave-forge/main/statistics? Why isn't it part
of octave, in m/statistics/distributions? It was implemented in way back in
2003...
