This would be doable, but quite dangerous. To upload the web pages you
need to SSH into the SF servers and put the files the right places and
update the administrative rights of the new files. This is not
particularly hard. The problem is that there is no proper backup system
for the web pages, so if you make a mistake during this process it is a
lot of work to recover. My fear is that increasing the number of people
uploading stuff to the servers also increases the chances of a mistake
happening.
