Hi Windy,
octave forge website main scope is to provide support for octave add-on.
Providing binary for windows and Mac is the secondary scope.

octcdf-1.1.3.tar.gz is the source of the last updated add-on.

Sourceforge infrastructure has no clue that we have different folders
so "Looking for the latest version?" will link to anything that was 
uploaded as last.
