I have windows vista. Octave command line is working. I want to process images. I didn't do this; pkg install package_file_name.tar.gz
I think I downloaded Octave-3.2.4_i686-pc-mingw32_gcc-4.4.0_setup.exe and not Octave-3.2.4_i686-pc-mingw32_gcc-4.4.0_generic.zip pkg install package_file_name.tar.gz - So how I should write that?
